Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients as per provided data
Share information about company services, offers, and updates during calls
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, payments, subscriptions, or documentation
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up status
Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback or requirements
Update CRM or internal systems with call outcomes and client details
Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, or callbacks when required
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer communication
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages
Comfortable with regular calling and follow-up activities
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Ability to maintain professionalism and clarity during calls
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call schedules efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in calling, telecalling, or customer coordination roles
Experience working in service-based or B2B environments is an advantage
