Handle customer queries and complaints through voice, chat, and email
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Provide accurate details on flight bookings, schedules, policies, and more
Resolve complaints effectively and escalate complex cases when required
Perform back-office operations such as documentation and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
