Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive (Inbound & outbound Calls) is responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role involves making outbound calls to existing customers or potential clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and promoting our online products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
Place calls to customers or clients to provide information, address concerns, and offer support. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.
2. Customer Assistance: Assist customers in resolving issues, answering queries, and providing relevant information about products or services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and promote new products or services to existing customers. Provide detailed information, highlight benefits, and address any concerns to encourage sales or adoption.
4. Data Management: Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system. Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products, services, or their overall experience. Compile and report feedback to the appropriate teams to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
