About the Role


As a Customer Support Executive, you will help, guide & train our existing customers who use our business ERP software.
You will assist with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote troubleshooting (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).

What You Will Do



Take customer calls & resolve software / accounting / GST queries Remotely access customer systems & troubleshoot Guide users step-by-step Log issues & ensure complete resolution

Who Should Apply



Basic accounting knowledge Prior experience in Customer Support Good communication skills Ability to troubleshoot on computer Experience with any accounting software (Plus) Freshers with accounting knowledge are welcome
