About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will help, guide & train our existing customers who use our business ERP software.
You will assist with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote troubleshooting (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).
Basic accounting knowledge
Prior experience in Customer Support
Good communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot on computer
Experience with any accounting software (Plus)
Freshers with accounting knowledge are welcome
