- Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Age Criteria:

19 - 28 years

Salary:

Freshers: ₹14,600 Experienced: ₹15,000 (in-hand)

Eligibility

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Responsibilities

Assist and guide customers Explain and demonstrate games Handle billing and cashiering

Working Hours

9-hour rotational shifts, 1 weekly off Weekends & public holidays are working days

Shift Timings:

Female:

10 AM-7 PM / 11 AM-8 PM / 12 PM-9 PM / 1 PM-10 PM

Male:

1 PM-10 PM / 2 PM-11 PM / 3 PM-12 AM / 4 PM-1 AM
Must be flexible for all shifts for the first 15 days
