Customer Service Representative (Female)

who can effectively communicate with international clients and deliver excellent support services. If you are fluent in English, confident, and ready to work in a dynamic environment -- we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients and resolve their issues efficiently. Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Comfortable working in

US Shift.

Any graduate

(freshers welcome). Excellent

English communication

(written and verbal). Energetic, positive, and work-oriented attitude. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
