Job Description

We're looking for someone to handle customer calls -- taking orders, solving problems, and ensuring smooth deliveries. You'll work from our office and help keep customers happy and operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Talk to customers on call for orders and support Coordinate with the delivery team Update order details in Google Sheets or Excel Handle issues politely and with empathy

What we're looking for:

Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) Basic skills in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets Friendly, patient, and responsible
