Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
who will be the first point of contact for potential learners. You will connect with leads, understand their learning goals, explain our programs clearly, and guide them toward the right course to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand learners' needs, goals, and backgrounds to suggest suitable programs.
Clearly explain TopMentor's course offerings and their career benefits.
Build rapport and trust to drive course enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth learner onboarding.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with strong persuasion and listening abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, or sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
