Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional phone etiquette.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
