Customer Service Representative
. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or messages.
Assist customers with queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide product/service information and support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
Medium communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
