Connect regularly with partner brands to verify and update their listed experiences.
Ensure all experience details -- pricing, timing, facilities, etc. -- are accurate and live.
Assist brands in onboarding by collecting required details and assets.
Explain platform policies and listing process to new partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for experience updates or issue resolutions.
Identify and reach out to trending or upcoming experience brands to get them onboard.
Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Monitor experience performance and partner feedback for improvements.
Keep track of communication, updates, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Prepare weekly reports on brand connections, onboarding progress, and experience quality.

Experience in customer support, brand relations, or client servicing preferred.
