Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions. Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures as provided by the company. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary. Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Provide feedback on recurring issues or process improvements.
