Customer Service Representative - International Voice Process (Night Shift)

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)

Process: Blended - 90% Voice & 10% Email/Chat

What You'll Do

Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Maintain excellent communication standards across all channels. Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and first-call resolution. Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems. Follow company procedures for escalation and service level adherence. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience

in an

international voice process

. Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a

US Night Shift

(5:30 PM - 2:30 AM). Good at multitasking and managing multiple communication channels.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the

insurance

or

international BPO

sector. Familiarity with

CRM tools

and

ticketing systems

. Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
