Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts, etc.) to enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify trends in customer interactions and suggest process improvements.
Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
1-2 years of experience in customer support, service, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
