Role Objectives



Deliver excellent

by handling queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain

positive client relationships

to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

inbound and outbound calls

to assist customers with queries and support needs. Record, track, and update call logs in CRM/system. Ensure

timely follow-ups

until resolution of client concerns. Maintain a

customer-first approach

, ensuring professional and empathetic communication. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.

Mandatory:



Excellent

Experience in

customer support, telecalling, or client servicing
