At Suqah, we're building more than just a clothing brand - we're creating an experience. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can make sure every interaction feels seamless, kind, and problem-free.

What you'll be doing:

Replying to customer emails and DMs regarding queries, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinating with our logistics partners to track returns and exchanges.
Processing and updating customer return requests through our internal dashboards.
Keeping an eye on inventory levels and shipping timelines to provide customers with accurate updates.
Helping customers pick the right sizes and products with personalized recommendations.
Flagging recurring issues/feedback to the team to improve product and service quality.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and exchanges.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What we're looking for:

Strong written communication skills (clear, polite, and professional).
Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy for customers.
Comfortable using dashboards, email, and basic tools (Google Sheets, etc.).
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple customer cases at once.
Bonus if you've worked in e-commerce or customer support before!
