Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from potential and existing clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on property site visits. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems. Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and KYC formalities. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate between sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions. Provide post-sales support including payment updates and handover assistance. Collect and record client feedback to improve service quality.

Key Requirements



Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, preferably in real estate, banking, or hospitality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
