Customer Service Executive (Female Only)
Location: Lower Parel
Experience: 2-6 years
Role Overview:
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, process orders/returns, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat, social media)
Resolve complaints with proper follow-up
Process orders, returns & exchanges accurately
Maintain customer records & feedback
Coordinate with sales, logistics & technical teams
Educate customers on products/services
Escalate unresolved issues as required
Track & report recurring issues for process improvement
Meet performance targets (response time, CSAT, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal & written communication
Good problem-solving & customer-handling skills
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
Ability to multitask under pressure
Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma/ HSC (any stream)
Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / E-commerce / Retail preferred
