Job Responsibilities and Tasks:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company policies. dentify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.

Skills and Qualifications



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus. Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
