We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth import of materials, tax invoicing, and stock maintenance for our company.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the import of materials, including coordination with suppliers, customs, and logistics providers.
Preparation and issuance of accurate tax invoices in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and movements.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of import procedures, tax regulations, and stock management.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology, such as Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
