Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process orders, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist in improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and customer support tools.
