Key Responsibilities:
Interact with and support international students across various touchpoints
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution
Role Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Prior experience in customer service
Ability to manage and engage with international customers/students
Industry background in Hospitality, Education, Banking, or Insurance preferred
Graduation is mandatory
Willingness to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
