Handling customer inquiries: Responding to questions and providing information via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions about the company's products and services. Resolving complaints: Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally, offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary. Processing transactions: Handling orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently and according to company policies. Maintaining records: Documenting customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in systems.
