Travel associate- Inbound call in an Australia-based taxi company
Salary- 13k to 20K

Designation: Travel associate- Inbound call - International Process
Location: Dahisar East , The Platina: Tanvi Complex.
Working Day: 5 Days (2 Rotational Off)
Day/Night rotational shift (8hours)
(6:30AM -2:30 PM)
(2:30 PM -10:30PM)
(10:30PM-6:30AM) - No Picks/Drops Available
Job Role:
1) Assisting passengers make bookings
2) Resolving passenger's queries on call
4) Assisting Drivers queries
5) Adherence to Quality guidelines and focusing on customer satisfaction
Requirement:
Excellent communication Skills in ENGLISH
Qualification: SSC/HSC/Grad/Fresher
Work from Office
