D. Key Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain a
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 93% or higher

Ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences for all customers.
Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines to uphold high service standards.
Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries across calls, chats, and other communication channels.

F. Skills & Requirements
Experience:
At least 1 year of telephonic customer service experience.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (English medium preferred).
Languages:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of empathy, patience, and customer focus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
