Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers for service-related follow-ups and renewals.
Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Meet daily and monthly targets for renewals and customer engagement.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in outbound customer service.
HSC (12th pass)
or higher education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
