Key Responsibilities



Pitch the J24 Business Opportunity:

Engage potential leads primarily through phone calls (and occasionally through video or in-person meetings) to present J24's value proposition.

Lead Management:

Ensure timely follow-up and proper utilization of all incoming leads with zero slippages.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with incoming partners ("Giants") to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Partner Support:

Continue engagement throughout the partner lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills



Excellent communication skills --

fluency in Kannada is mandatory

; proficiency in

English, Telugu, or Tamil

is an added advantage. Strong articulation and convincing ability. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

(training will be provided if required). Positive attitude, energetic approach, and a

customer-centric mindset
