Job Description

Shift : 12.00 Pm to 9:00 Pm

Language proficiency required : Malayalam , English & Hindi

Experience : Prior Experience in the industry will be an added advantage

Inbound & Outbound Calling



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer queries, service requests, and complaints through calls. Practice active listening to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.

Sales & Revenue Support



Promote hospitality services, products, and retail offerings through telecalling. Generate and support sales conversions via outbound calls. Handle IVR calls related to Gold EMI and Loan products as per process guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, franchisees, kiosks, and pickup stores. Follow up with customers on bookings, service confirmations, and pending requests. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and effective communication. Manage support emails, holiday package-related emails, and customer correspondence.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
