Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Thrissur office. The role includes managing chat support, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer chat support and resolve queries promptly.
Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer assistance.
Perform website order confirmation calls.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, warehouse, and technical support to close customer issues.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and customer interaction logs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Escalate unresolved cases to senior staff when required.
Required Skills
English & Hindi fluency is compulsory
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Basic computer knowledge (chat tools, CRM, email, Excel)
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Qualifications
Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Prior customer support experience preferred
Work Schedule
Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
