We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, and student-focused

Academic Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them in choosing the right educational programs aligned with their interests, career goals, and academic background. You will also support students throughout the enrollment process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional guidance and advice to prospective students on program options, admission requirements, and career pathways. Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Conduct counseling sessions and presentations to help students make informed decisions. Assist with the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed. Build strong relationships with students to support retention and satisfaction. Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the student management system. Collaborate with the academic and admissions team to ensure smooth operations. Meet targets for student enrollment and provide reports to management as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or related field preferred). Prior experience in academic advising, admissions, counseling, or customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with students and parents. Proactive, student-focused, and target-driven. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
