As a CSR in our Loan Department, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to engage leads, explain our financial products, and identify high-quality prospects.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Calling:
Making 150+ outbound calls per day to potential leads.......
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying at least 3 potential prospects daily.
Customer Engagement:
Explaining loan products clearly and professionally.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate records of daily calls and outcomes.
Requirements & Skills
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Languages:
Proficiency in
Kannada and English
is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a major plus.
Mindset:
Target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with cold calling.
Experience:
Previous experience in banking, loans, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
