? Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
? Provide product and service information to customers.
? Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
? Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
? Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts).

? Training period: 1.5 months for fresher's (US Process).
