We are hiring International Call Center CSRs to support US motor vehicle insurance customers. The role includes handling customer calls, addressing insurance-related queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while following compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for US motor vehicle insurance
Answer customer queries related to policies & documentation
Maintain accurate call records and update systems
Follow quality and compliance guidelines
Meet performance and customer satisfaction metrics
