Role Summary



Provide excellent guest service, ensure safety, assist with daily operations, and deliver a fun and engaging experience for all visitors in the game zone.

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests and explain games, attractions, and pricing Give safety instructions for all activities Handle guest queries and resolve concerns Manage ticket sales and handle cash/digital payments Supervise guests to ensure safety rules are followed Perform basic troubleshooting of gaming equipment Promote offers, events, and upsell services Maintain cleanliness and follow grooming standards

Requirements



Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Good communication skills in English & local language Well-groomed, customer-friendly, and energetic Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and on holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
