Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met. 3. Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints. 7. Assisting with product returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.
