About the Role
Outerworld is looking for a customer-focused and proactive
Customer Service Representative
to join our Bengaluru team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions while delivering an exceptional support experience. You will closely collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve service quality, and uphold Outerworld's customer-first standards.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries across phone calls, chat support, and email.
Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns.
Identify recurring issues and share insights for process improvements.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Support initiatives to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred (D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM or support tools is an added advantage.
