Working Days: 6 days working + 1 rotational week off
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through the Meesho AI process
Provide support in English & Hindi
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries & returns
Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
