Role Summary
The Customer Service Executive ensures exceptional client experiences in line with Jacadi's luxury standards. This role involves leading customer interactions, supporting store operations, mentoring Customer Service Executives, and driving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver superior and personalized customer service, anticipating client needs and resolving escalated issues.
Mentor and guide junior customer service executives to enhance team performance.
Support store operations: POS, cash handling, stock movement, and daily checklists.
Drive sales through client engagement, styling suggestions, and product knowledge.
Maintain the store's visual appeal in line with brand VM guidelines.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to track sales KPIs and contribute to store strategy.
Assist in training new staff on service SOPs, brand storytelling, and POS systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in kids or fashion segments.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills with a team-player attitude.
Experience in training/mentoring staff is a plus.
Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
