Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers, understand requirements, and suggest suitable jewellery designs & products.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales & Old Gold purchase targets.
Maintain stock accuracy, ensure proper display, and manage visual merchandising.
Assist branch in-charges with stock counting, transfers, inventory, and new purchases.
Deliver customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
Safely handle valuables (gold, silver, cash, etc.) as instructed.
Maintain registers and records in an organized manner.
Assist customers/visitors with directions inside the showroom.
