Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
