Manage key client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize satisfaction and
retention.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Resolve any issues or escalations from key accounts efficiently and professionally.
Monitor client activity and performance, and provide insights to drive continuous

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
