Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience over calls, emails, or chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred (not mandatory for fresher roles).
Excellent communication skills in English [and regional language if applicable].
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
