Customer Service Representative- Technical Support

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical concerns to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company's support tools.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-driven service.
Perform follow-ups to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support platforms is a plus.
