and prior work experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls Understand and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain accurate call records and system entries Meet assigned targets for quality and productivity

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass Experience: 6 months preferred (BPO or non-BPO) Communication: Good verbal skills in

English and Hindi

Willing to work in

rotational shifts

Bangalore

or open to relocation
