About the Role:
We are hiring
Customer Support Executives
to join our voice-based support team in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service. Candidates must have good communication skills in English and Hindi and at least 6 months of prior work experience in any field.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
Understand and address customer concerns professionally
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Meet performance and quality benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th pass, undergraduate, or graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience (BPO or non-BPO)
Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi communication
Work Schedule: Comfortable with rotational shifts and 6-day working
