Job Overview:

Customer Support Executives

Experience:
Minimum 6 months in any domain (BPO or non-BPO)
Languages:
Excellent verbal communication in

Fluency in Hindi

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
Accurately log customer interactions in internal systems
