Job Overview:

We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for a voice-based customer support process at our

Bangalore

location. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

, along with

a minimum of 6 months of work experience

in any field.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in any domain (BPO or non-BPO)

Languages:

Excellent verbal communication in

English

Fluency in Hindi

is mandatory

Comfortable with

rotational shifts

and

6-day work schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards Accurately log customer interactions in internal systems

Working Days:

6 days/week | 1 rotational weekly off

Shifts:

Rotational (including Day and Evening shifts)
