Job Overview:



We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for a voice-based process at our

Bangalore

location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both

English and Hindi

, along with a minimum of

6 months of work experience

in any domain.

Eligibility Criteria:



Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream) Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience

in any field (BPO/non-BPO) Communication:

Excellent spoken English

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Availability: Comfortable with

rotational shifts

and 6-day working schedule

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer queries through voice interactions Provide accurate information and timely resolution Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards Log calls and update internal systems as per process guidelines

Additional Information:



Work Mode: Office-based role Working Days: 6 days/week | 1 weekly off Shift: Rotational (Day & Evening shifts) Training: Provided after selection
