Key Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels
Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns promptly
Maintaining service records and updating customer interaction logs
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues
Ensuring adherence to company service standards and protocols
Supporting service improvement initiatives and ensuring high customer satisfaction
