Position: Customer Service Executive

07:30 PM IST - 04:30 AM IST

Key Requirements



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently Problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making skills Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred

Experience: 0 to 6 months in the USA job market

Proficiency in English is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities



Handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns promptly Maintaining service records and updating customer interaction logs Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues Ensuring adherence to company service standards and protocols Supporting service improvement initiatives and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
