As a

Customer Service Representative

, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide timely solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate assistance
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and quick resolution
Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards
Deliver a positive and customer-centric experience in every interaction.

What We're Looking For



3-6 months of experience in BPO or customer support
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and fluent English
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented
Good problem-solving skills and active listening
Must be a graduate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
