We are looking for enthusiastic and

customer-focused individuals

to join our

Customer Service team

. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions efficiently and ensure excellent service delivery across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via

phone, email, chat, or social media

. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Process customer accounts and manage related documentation. Follow company communication procedures, service guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in any discipline (preferred). Proven

customer support

or

client service

experience is an advantage. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Strong

presentation and interpersonal

abilities. Experience in

Telecom, BPO, or Telesales

industry will be a plus.

Fluency in English and Hindi

is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates

are both welcome to apply.
