Process customer accounts and manage related documentation.
Follow company communication procedures, service guidelines, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline (preferred).
Proven
customer support
or
client service
experience is an advantage.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong
presentation and interpersonal
abilities.
Experience in
Telecom, BPO, or Telesales
industry will be a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi
is mandatory.
